To request regular in-person or Zoom musical visits from our participating artists, simply enter your information and message below and click the button to submit. Please be sure to let us know the availability of your patients for musical visits (days of the week, times of day, etc.) as well as your patient’s favorite types of music and artists so we can coordinate with our visiting artists.

For Zoom-based performances, you must provide access to Zoom on a laptop or, ideally, a large-format TV so that the patients can see and hear our performers (as of 2026, 90% of our Musical Visits are in-person).

At this time, we are only able to offer musical visits to hospice, hospital, memory care, rehab or skilled nursing facilities (nursing homes) within the United States. Unfortunately, due to an overwhelming volume of international requests, we are unable to effectively distinguish genuine submissions from spam and we cannot ask our artists to make themselves available. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our reach in the future.
