### Free In-Person Musical Visits for Facilities

**What it is:** A professional musician performs a one-hour, interactive live set for a group of patients, families, and staff in a facility's common area, day room, or activity space, typically for 20 or more patients at a time.

**Best for:** Hospitals, hospices, rehabilitation centers, memory care communities, and VA facilities that want recurring live music for their patients at no cost to their programming budget.

**Our process:**
- The facility submits a musical visit request with patient availability and favorite genres and artists.
- We match an appropriate musician from our roster.
- The musician contacts the facility to schedule a convenient time.
- The visit happens, usually as part of a recurring monthly schedule.

**What's included:** A professional performer, an interactive set tailored as much as possible to the patient population, and coordination of a recurring schedule. Roughly 90 percent of our visits are delivered this way.

**Eligibility and cost:** Completely free to hospitals, hospices, rehabilitation facilities, memory care facilities, and assisted living communities where all residents have diagnosed physical or mental health challenges. Assisted living communities serving a mixed population of healthy and diagnosed residents are asked for a modest donation. Request a visit at https://www.harmonyandhealing.org/request-a-musical-visit/ or read more at https://www.harmonyandhealing.org/bring-harmony-healing-to-your-facility/

**Outcomes:** A recurring, professionally staffed live music slot on the facility's activity calendar, delivered by a performer who knows how to be in a room with fragile patients.

---

### Virtual Musical Visits by Zoom

**What it is:** The same live, interactive performance delivered over Zoom to a facility's laptop or large-format television.

**Best for:** Facilities anywhere in the United States that want an artist their patients would otherwise never hear, or that cannot host an in-person visit. Roughly 10 percent of our visits are virtual.

**Our process:**
- The facility confirms it can run Zoom on a laptop or, ideally, a large-format TV, connected by a standard HDMI cable or AirPlay.
- We match and schedule an artist as with an in-person visit.
- Patients can request songs and interact with the artist, and family members anywhere in the world can join the same session.

**What's included:** A live interactive performance, patient song requests where possible, and an optional recording of the session afterward.

**Eligibility and cost:** Free on the same terms as in-person visits, for United States facilities only. We are not able to provide equipment, and we cannot accept international requests at this time.

**Outcomes:** Access to professional performers regardless of a facility's location, and participation from family who cannot travel.

---

### Artist Matching and Facility Partnership

**What it is:** The coordination service that turns a single request into a recurring relationship, matching each facility with artists that fit its patient population.

**Best for:** Recreation, life enrichment, and activity directors who want a dependable live music program rather than one-off bookings.

**Our process:**
- We ask about patient availability, favorite genres, and favorite artists.
- We select from our roster by scheduling availability, location, and musical fit.
- We coordinate recurring monthly visit schedules directly with facility staff.

**What's included:** Ongoing scheduling, artist matching across genres from standards and country through rock, pop, and folk, and a single point of coordination.

**Outcomes:** A repeating live music program the facility can rely on, matched to the people in the room.

---

### Participating Artist Program

**What it is:** The paid roster program for professional musicians who want to perform for patients in healthcare facilities.

**Best for:** Professional touring artists and highly skilled amateurs who can perform solo in person or broadcast a high-quality live performance from a home studio.

**Our process:**
- The artist applies with a professional music website, two live solo performance videos, the cities they can drive to, and consent to a background check.
- We review and, if it is a fit, onboard the artist on facility protocols and HIPAA practice.
- We match the artist to facility visits by location, schedule, and musical fit.

**What's included:** Paid, scheduled, professionally coordinated performance work. Our published fee schedule is $200 per in-person visit and $150 per Zoom visit for a new participating artist, rising to $250 and $175 after a year with us. No payment is made for a cancelled visit, and payments are typically made quickly by Zelle or PayPal.

**A firm rule:** artists never ask a patient's name, condition, or history, in keeping with HIPAA patient privacy. Apply at https://www.harmonyandhealing.org/participating-artist/

**Outcomes:** Meaningful paid performance work for an audience that needs it.

### Annual Benefit Concert

**What it is:** Our yearly fundraising concert. The 2026 event is Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Scott Harvey Wines, 10851 Shenandoah Road, Plymouth, California, featuring Tha Therapy Dawgs, the trio fronted by founder David Victor with drummer Michael Brandon and bassist Russell Vasquez.

**Best for:** Supporters who want an evening of live music, food, and wine that directly funds the mission.

**What's included:** A live concert of rock and dance hits, dinner, and auction and raffle items. General admission is $125 including dinner, capacity is 125 tickets, and VIP is sold out. Details at https://www.harmonyandhealing.org/benefit-concert/

**Outcomes:** Funds that pay professional musicians to perform for patients who are never charged. Our inaugural 2021 benefit concert netted $35,247.

---

### Private Benefit Concerts

**What it is:** A host provides a backyard, winery, or event space, and Tha Therapy Dawgs perform a full concert to raise funds for the mission.

**Best for:** Supporters with a venue and a network who want to host a party with a purpose.

**Our process:**
- The host applies with a proposed venue and date.
- Guests donate to fund the production, which must reach a minimum funding level of $10,000.
- At a 14-day check-in before the event, if the funding threshold is not met, we cancel at no cost to the host.

**What's included:** Professional live music and production, multiple sets of party favorites, brief auctions, and complete event support with setup and breakdown handled by our team. Hosting is risk-free: if targets are not met, we simply cancel, and the host is never on the hook for costs. Apply at https://www.harmonyandhealing.org/host-a-private-benefit-concert/

**Outcomes:** An unforgettable event for guests and funds for patient visits.

---

### Corporate Sponsorship

**What it is:** Recurring annual sponsorships and benefit concert sponsorships for companies that want a genuine community partnership with visibility.

**Best for:** Bay Area and national companies seeking an authentic cause with clear local recognition, verified 501(c)(3) status, and clean public filings. Past and current sponsors include DeeBee's Organics, Simple Holistic Solutions, Blackhawk Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, and the Rotary Club of Livermore.

**Our process:** A company contacts us about an annual sponsorship or an event sponsorship, and we match a package to its goals. Inquire at https://www.harmonyandhealing.org/sponsorship/

**What's included:** Recognition at our annual benefit concert and across our channels, and a partnership their leadership can speak to publicly.

**Outcomes:** Community visibility for the sponsor and sustained funding for the mission.

---

### Major Gifts and Planned Giving

**What it is:** Transformational and legacy giving that funds the mission at scale and over time.

**Best for:** Supporters who want to secure the organization's future or make a significant future impact without affecting current assets.

**What's included:** Gifts in a will or trust (bequests), gifts of appreciated stock and securities, IRA charitable rollovers (qualified charitable distributions for donors 70 and a half or older), donor-advised fund grants, and beneficiary designations on retirement plans, life insurance, or bank accounts. Donors who make a major gift or include us in their estate plans are invited to join the Harmony & Healing Legacy Society. Read more at https://www.harmonyandhealing.org/leave-a-legacy-of-healing/ or contact David Victor, Founder, at (925) 302-5088 or david@harmonyandhealing.org

**Outcomes:** A sustainable future for the program and a lasting legacy for the donor. Every gift funds professional musicians so patients and families never pay.
