Request Regular Free Professional Musical Visits for Your Facility Today! To request regular in-person or Zoom musical visits from our participating artists, simply enter your information and message below and click the button to submit. Please be sure to let us know the availability of your patients for musical visits (days of the week, times of day, etc.) as well as your patient’s favorite types of music and artists so we can coordinate with our visiting artists. For Zoom-based performances, you must provide access to Zoom on a laptop or, ideally, a large-format TV so that the patients can see and hear our performers (as of 2026, 90% of our Musical Visits are in-person). We appreciate the opportunity to provide free, professional musical visits for your facility! Social Media Release* Harmony & Healing may use my video to help others understand what the charity does. You are not required to do this. Best Time(s) for Musical Visits by Our Artists The availability of your patients for a musical visit, and your time zone (PDT, EST, etc.) Is there a piano at your facility? This is definitely not a deal-breaker, we just need to know which musicians we can provide you! Details & Favorite Type of Music* What are your patient's musical preferences or favorite artists? Please let us know anything you think would be relevant, and we will do our utmost to find the best match for your population. Consent* I agree to the privacy policy. We will keep your visit 100% private within our organization unless you agree to the Social Media Release above. Submit Your Musical Visit Request Your facility must have the ability to use Zoom on a laptop or TV to view and hear our musical visits. This can be provided by a friend, relative, etc.​ Harmony & Healing is not able to provide equipment for your facility. Zoom Capability is required. At this time, we are only able to offer musical visits to hospice, hospital or rehab facilities within the United States. Unfortunately, due to an overwhelming volume of international requests, we are unable to effectively distinguish genuine submissions from spam and we cannot ask our artists to make themselves available. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our reach in the future.
