Harmony & Healing performances lift spirits and take patients’ and their caretakers’ minds off their challenges with music. Anyone who is invited can share in a Harmony & Healing “Virtual Visit” via Zoom. We can even provide a recording of the event for posterity. Harmony & Healing is not formal “music therapy“, but rather a soulful, connective journey into the most pleasant memories and associations of patients’ lives. Music lowers stress levels, brings about positive associations, speeds healing, and brings happiness to patient’s lives and the lives of their loved ones. Patients and families are never charged for these services; we are entirely supported by corporate  donations, private donations and planned giving. We regularly work with the Martinez VA Hospital, the George Mark Children’s House and a variety of assisted living and memory care facilities in the United States. The organization has performed visits at Doctor’s Hospital in Modesto, CA, The Ronald McDonald House in Palo Alto, CA, the Walnut Creek Cancer Support Group, San Ramon Regional Hospital and the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.  Harmony & Healing was founded by former BOSTON guitarist and co-lead vocalist, David Victor. As of 2026, we are back to doing 90% in-person visits, though Zoom is a great option for bringing in musicians who’d otherwise not be experienced by patients. Virtual visits can include anyone, anywhere in the world and are primarily done via free services including Zoom or similar systems.
